The Agent Team

Six agents, each with a name, a personality, and a domain. They collaborate and hand work to each other without involving you.

How Agents Work

Identity Files

Each agent is defined by text files in its workspace folder. These are loaded at the start of every session.

SOUL.mdWho the agent is. Personality, voice, values.
AGENTS.mdHow the agent operates. Startup sequence, delegation.
AUTONOMY.mdWhen to act, when to ask, which model to use.
USER.mdWho you are. Name, timezone, preferences.
TOOLS.mdTechnical setup. Channel IDs, file paths.
MEMORY.mdLong-term curated memory. Updated over time.

Memory System

Agents maintain two layers of memory:

Daily Files

Raw notes from each session. What happened, what was decided, what broke. Written by the agent, decays naturally over time.

Long-term Memory

The distilled version. Key patterns, standing instructions, important context. Updated periodically from daily files.

Model Strategy

HaikuFast, lightweight tasks. Reading files, searches, formatting.
SonnetCore domain work, analysis, standard reasoning.
OpusComplex decisions, architecture, high-stakes tasks.
