The Problem

Most people have years of notes scattered across multiple apps. The information exists. Finding it at the moment you need it is the problem.

How It Works

QMD builds a local vector index of all your workspace files. Richard provides the interface: you ask a question in Discord, he runs a semantic search, and you get an answer with source files cited. The index updates nightly.

The Prompts That Drive This

The search prompt handles query transformation. The synthesis prompt presents results: direct answer first, then cited sources. If the index does not have a reliable answer, Richard says so.
